The State of Oregon's Marine Board registers outfitter/guides annually to certify that they carry the minimum liability insurance required by law and that they have current First Aid and CPR training. Into The Wild Equine Adventures is one of a handful of horseback-related guiding organizations registered with this program. We feel it is an important part of demonstrating our professionalism and ensuring that each of our customers has a safe, enjoyable and responsible outdoor experience. BCHO is a group of local men and women dedicated to the preservation of our right to the common sense use and enjoyment of pack and saddle stock in Oregon's wilderness and backcountry. BCHO is the state affiliate to the Back Country Horsemen of America.
BCHO works to ensure that public lands remain open to recreational stock use; to assist the various government and private agencies in their maintenance and management of those lands; to educate, encourage and solicit active participation in the wise use of the backcountry resource by horsemen and the general public commensurate with our American heritage. For more information, visit Back Country Horsemen of Oregon.
